Returns
Due to the nature of our service / product, we do not accept returns on fulfilled orders.

Revisions
According to the service description for each package, each package has its revision policy. We provide revisions within 5 to 10 days of the order accessing the Waiting for Customer Approval status in our Order Management Platform. The revision period will be determined by the ordered package.
Revisions are applied at the end of the order process after the product has been presented for review, and the status has been changed to Waiting for Customer Approval. At this time, the customer may request revisions directly by sending an email to their assigned Project Manager.

REFUND POLICY
We handle refunds individually and do our best to support the customer and meet their needs.
To the best of our ability, our team will always work with the customer to resolve any issues.
Orders that have not yet been allocated and/or started at the time of the refund request are among the circumstances in which a refund may be provided, yet not limited too if there is an exceptional reason.
Refunds, if processed, take 5 to 15 days to appear on the customer's end. In all cases, a processing fee of USD 250 or 5% of the order amount (whichever is greater) will be charged. Incompetent Delivery:
Customers are only permitted to a refund after they have exhausted all of the options listed below;
- If it does not meet the project requirements (as requested/documented by the customer).
- We are devoted to offering 100% satisfaction to our customers and offer unlimited revisions to ensure the delivery is satisfactory. We assign, re-assign, and re-write your work to ensure complete satisfaction. Reserve FREE Pages for the future, but of similar merit, which you can use anytime. If we are still unable to provide what you requested, a refund will be issued based on a mutually agreed-upon percentage (but only in the cases where the delivery is entirely off the mark)
Late Delivery:
- We believe in "On Time Delivery," but if we fail to deliver the requested Service on time for any reason after at least three attempts to contact us, your refund will be processed once it is established through documentary evidence that the late delivery was the company's fault.
Refund Time:
- Refunds must be requested within 10 days of the first submission/order delivery unless revisions were requested. Refunds demanded after the specified time frame will be denied.
- Customers must keep the refund deadline in mind when placing their orders.
Cases where refund will not be issued:
- In the circumstance of late delivery due to minor technical errors such as grammatical, typing, word count, missing references, and so on, refunds will be processed with mutual agreement. The company will only settle for a partial refund or discounts for future purchases.
- The company will not be liable for any delays caused by the Client, and no refunds will be issued due to a low word count.
